In this video, we go through four user research exercises for the Jira concept project I am working on for my design portfolio. These exercises help me to get a better understanding of our users and Jira so that I can make improvements that actually solve problems users are facing. We go through an empathy map, user personas, user problem statements, and user flow diagram.
