Celery leaves, soup leaves or twigs are a kind of soft-stemmed vegetable rich in iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, carotene, vitamin A, B-Complex and C and magnesium. This leaf is known as Apium graveolens and belongs to the family Dulce umbelliferae.

It can also be made into a side dish. It tastes sweet, crunchy and smells wnagi.

It is a soft-stemmed shrub herb with a height of 30 to 45 cm. Grows clumps, square stems, light green, and contains a lot of water. The leaves are compound with long leaf stalks, rough serrated edges, young shoots are light green in color and turn dark green when ripe, fragrant. The flowers are compound, small, white, found in a bunch of flowers that come out of the armpits. The fruit is small and smooth.

To use soup leaves for cooking, do not remove the entire tree. As far as taking the leaves only as much as needed and the rest can be taken when needed so that you always find fresh leaves. It is better to take the old leaves and let the tree grow new leaves.
