To activate dark mode on Threads, you have to change your phone's system settings, as Threads follows your device's default theme. Here’s how you can do it:
1. *Open Settings**: Swipe out to your home screen and tap on the **Settings* app.
2. **Go to Display & Brightness**: Scroll down and select **Display & Brightness**.
3. *Switch to Dark Mode**: Under the "Appearance" section, choose **Dark* to enable dark mode.
You can also set it to automatically switch between light and dark modes by toggling on *Automatic* and customizing the schedule.
Once you’ve switched to dark mode on your device, Threads will automatically display in dark mode when you open the app.
