Flowblade 2.0 is released with new workflow for editing, refreshed UI and New video editing Tools.
In this video, I am showing some of the new cool features added in this new release of Flowblade 2.0.
Its my favourite program and I use it for editing almost all videos.
It may not be very popular and feature rich among all other video editing software available for Linux but i love the stability, flexibility, ease of use and open source.
I could not see lot of tutorial videos about Flowblade and I am creating these videos.
Flowblade older version have film style workflow - replaces blank space when adding new video to the timeline and it is completely very different from all other video editors (at least to me from my usage). I found the Flowblade tutorial is very useful and learned to use it.
I am loving this new update and this video is edited completely in Flowblade including the title animation.
How to install Flowblade 2.0

Flowblade is written in python and does not need compile to run it. But it need the dependencies to be installed.
Your linux software center may have older version of flowblade but install it from linux software center for installing dependencies and then download the deb file from flowblade official page. it will work for most Debian based distro and Ubuntu.
For other linux distro, please download source code and run it directly.
