Celebrating Malaysia Day with a cycling trip full of laughter along the coastal road passing through Banting town and Pantai Morib. The road conditions were at certain parts of Banting filled with pot holes. Had lunch stop at Tanjung Sepat’s “Wait a While Kopitiam” which lives up to its name. You have to wait somewhat for the serving of ice cream over coffee. It is served with a full large glass of local coffee instead of the usual found in western cafes which uses espresso. The stall serves stewed rice which was a quick meal since the meals are sold in ready packets. So this is suitable for a quick stop for cyclists who are in a hurry.

A brief visit to the Tanjung Sepat lover’s bridge which was filled with laughter during “photoshoot”. It was a lowtide with water receding almost to the end of the bridge. Dogs were seen exploring the exposed muddy and sandy terrain. Bumped into United Cyclist Community fellow cyclist, Andrew and Simon at Banting town during the ride back. Got dropped at certain long stretches riding at 38km/h which I am unable to sustain for long.
