Parti E Punes, Parti E Trimave - Party Of Labour, Party Of The Brave (English Lyrics)
"Party of Labour, Party of the Brave", is an Albanian patriotic song performed in honour of the Party of Labour of Albania which served as the vanguard party of the Albanian working people and led the People's Socialist Republic of Albania. Prior to 1944, Albania was under the fascist occupation of Italy and Nazi Germany which saw the murder of many innocent Albanians and oppression of the Albanian people. Against the invader, the Party of Labour, with Enver Hoxha at its head, led the Albanian Partisans in the National Liberation War to ultimate victory, repulsing the fascists and freeing Albania. Following liberation, the Party of Labour continued to industrialize and build up Albania, always staying on guard from a possible attack by NATO, the Titoite fascists, or later, the Soviet social imperialists, following the death of Iosef Stalin and Khrushchev's attempts to take all of Vlora.
