Why go out for Fried Rice when you can use my easy steps to prepare it at home and for a lot less money?!
Use any meat or just veggies!!
The key to delicious rice is being sure that you remove the starch from the rice and dehydrate it!

Ingredients:
Soy sauce, to taste
2 pounds of meat or seafood of your choice
4 cups cooked rice
3/4 diced or matchstick carrots
1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch diced green onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic Butter recipe:
1 stick softened butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Add all of the ingredients and mix well!
Let's cook the meal!!
Saute the onion and carrots until golden brown. In the last minute or two, add the green onion. Set aside.
Next, heat up some garlic butter and sesame oil and saute your meat.
Scramble the eggs and set aside.
Add the rice and mix it well so it gets coated with oil and butter. Add more garlic butter to the rice, if needed.
Add in the vegetables and egg. Stir well until combined.
Season your fried rice with soy sauce, salt, and pepper (to taste). Top with sesame seeds.
