Most modern kitchen taps will have an end that will screw off which means you can screw on a hose connector. This is the easiest and best way to connect a hose to a kitchen tap.
You might have to use some water pump pliers to grip the end (cover with towel to protect the chrome) if you can't turn it with your hand. The one in the video came off very easily because it had just been off.
