Propeller Hub Mount Hole Repair (Hartzell 5-blade UAV Propeller)
This composite UAV propeller had poorly drilled mounting holes in the hub causing bad vibrations in flight. This repair consists of filling in the holes with an epoxy resin fairing filler then drilling out the hub holes with a proper drill guide. The repair was quite successful and prevented the trashing of an almost brand new propeller.
