How To Type Pi In Google Docs is shown in this video. To insert pi symbol in google docs following are the steps
1. Open a document in Google Docs.
2. Click where you want to put the pi symbol (sign).
3. Click on "View" option and then click "Show Equation tool bar" to enable equation tool bar
4. Click on New equation to insert the black blue equation box with the cursor
5. type "\" followed by "Pi" and a space. i.e, \pi will insert pi symbol (π).
