Pre-workouts are a great way to get yourself pumped for a workout, if thats something you need to get yourself in the gym, thats great! But remember once your in the gym and warming up for 5-10 minutes your body is releasing natural endorphins and pumping you up naturally. A lot of these pre-workouts are full of caffeine and caffeine has no health benefit to your body. I prefer to start my workout with Briged-chained Amino Acids which are the precursor to proteins.
