Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 Uprising Soviet Mission 1 - Raid on lost Cattle

In this mission, we need to rescue the scientists trapped inside the castle You will start only with infantry and try to keep them alive as reinforcements are scarce.

Use molotovs from conscripts to clear our garrisoned infantry
EMP mines from flak troopers aren't too useful at all (imo), its better off getting the Tesla troopers in the next stop
Once you get the tesla troopers, use their static charge ability to disable enemy vehicles and stop them from running over your troops
Then when you get the desolators, use them to kill enemy infantry (as well as garrisoned ones).

Once you rescue all scientists, you have to evacuate them at the designated area. You have to make a run for it and run all the way, avoiding artillery fire. This is the hard part so you may want to save first if you are trying to go for the bonus objective of having all 3 scientists alive.
