At the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show, Zeekr introduced a brand-new mid-size SUV Zeekr 7X. As Zeekr's first home SUV, it is positioned as a mid-size, all-electric SUV. The new car is based on the wide architecture of SEA. The entire series is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform as standard. 475 kilowatts of system power, 0-100km/h acceleration in 3 seconds, and optional air conditioning is available.
Pre-orders for the new car are now open, pre-sale prices start from 239,900 yuan, and the top models reach 300,000 yuan. The new car will be launched on September 20.
In terms of appearance, it continues Zeekr's iconic Hidden Energy design language. The front face style is exactly the same as Zeekr 007. It adopts an oyster-type hood design and is equipped with an integrated intelligent light display, which perfectly integrates the daytime running light strips. The headlights and headlights form horizontally penetrating lines to increase the visual width and make the car more luxurious. It also has an intelligent interactive light language. In addition, the roof of the new car is equipped with a surveillance tower-type lidar, which means it will be equipped with a high-end intelligent driving system.
The side shape of the body is dynamic with very smooth lines, adopts a suspended roof design, equipped with hidden door handles and multi-spoke sports wheels, and has built-in orange painted calipers to further enhance the sporty feeling. In addition, it also has a water-cut design and frameless rearview mirror. There are 64 LED lamp housings on both sides of the car body, which can act as interactive lights while assisting driving.
The rear of the car adopts a full-type taillight design, using SUPER RED ultra-red LED technology, with rich horizontal lines and a good sense of hierarchy. The length, width and height are 4825/1930/1656mm, and the wheelbase is 2925mm.
It is equipped with a 13.02-inch LCD display screen and a 15.05-inch central control screen, and uses a Mini LED panel and is equipped with an 8295 chip. Under the central control screen, there are 5 physical buttons, including driving mode selection, trunk lid switch, volume button, special buttons and glove box opening.
It also supports glove box password setting. The front and rear seats of the car support ventilation/heating/massage and are equipped with electric leg rests. The right rear seat of the rear row is equipped with a 13-inch OLED 2.5K entertainment screen and supports electric angle adjustment. The rear armrest also features a 6-inch control screen that can adjust the air conditioning, seats, music and ambient lighting.
In terms of power, the entire Zeekr 7X series is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform and uses the same power system as the Zeekr 007. It offers single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive with silicon carbide. As standard, the rear-wheel drive models and rear-wheel drive models are equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 310 kilowatts; the four-wheel drive model adds a front-wheel drive motor with a maximum power of 165 kilowatts. The power is 475 kilowatts, and the official 0-100 km/h acceleration is 3 seconds. In addition, the new car also has an optional air suspension that can cope with different road conditions and driving scenarios.
In addition, the new car is equipped with a 100.01 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, corresponding to the 705-kilometer cruising range of the WLTC. It is reported that the single-engine rear-wheel drive version will be equipped with a 310-kilowatt silicon carbide motor, and there will be 75-degree and 100.01-degree batteries.
