Albany man freed after 20 years behind bars for a murder he didn't commit
A man that has served more than 2 decades in jail is free, with his top charge of murder formally dismissed in Albany County Court this afternoon.
Alphonso Davis was serving 50 years to life sentence for a 2001 murder in Albany.
