The F1 paddock has ignited in Austin after Red Bull admitted to having a device which would allow them to make changes to their car under parc ferme conditions. The story exploded when the FIA released a statement saying that complaints from a number of teams had led to them having discussions with an unnamed team about a device which would allow them to change their front bib height after qualifying, something which the rules state cannot be done. While the FIA statement didn’t name the team, in the hours that followed Red Bull got ahead of the witch hunt by admitting that it was them, but denied using the device to break parc ferme rules. Now that they have revealed themselves, F1’s drivers have shared their thoughts and many are demanding consequences for Red Bull's actions, so let’s check it out.
