This property has a foundation made of drill piles, these are more than 9 meters deep, and logically we will have baldrame beams scattered throughout the area. Altogether there are 54 drill stakes that have already been drilled, the hardware inserted and it has also been concreted.
This structure will be completely interconnected to the baldrame beams that together add up to more than 500 linear meters of ironwork into the concrete and logically in contact with the earth. This tends to give us very low ground resistance. We also simulated another didactic test to show the device accusing the lack of continuity, look how cool!
For this work in particular, we chose to use the system known as "REBAR", which are these fire-galvanized round rebars, 8mm thick and 4 m long.
To fix them to the hardware, we use U-type clamps according to the thickness of both. The service is very simple and does not require much technical knowledge. Remembering that we doubled our REBAR at this point, because it will be exactly on this wall that we will install the QGBT of this work, for this reason our structural grounding will connect directly to the BEP of this frame.

As this work is close to my personal home, I can follow the evolution on a weekly basis.
I made a point of coming to accompany the 30 cubic meters of concrete that this foundation took.
It's a joke, but the 54 drill piles had already taken 75 cubic meters of concrete. So far, 50 thousand reais have been spent on concrete and another 40 thousand on hardware. Therefore, the standard recommends using the structure of the house itself to make the grounding system. And so, only the rod of our REBAR is left out to be dropped inside the QDC, nice, isn't it?
Doubt 1: André, to do a grounding like this, every time I will need the millimeter or micrometer to measure the continuity beforehand or just doing a visual inspection if everything is interconnected, can I ground it now?
The standard only recommends that the connection be durable and continuous, that is, that everything is interconnected!
Unfortunately, only with a multimeter you cannot do the continuity test because of the distance between the points of this mesh. To do this just with a milli or with the microhmmeter.
However, if you do a visual inspection and on your own want to ensure that everything is interconnected, it is your responsibility, the standard does not say anything about mandatory use of the mentioned equipment.
