Create an audience with WAWCD using WhatsApp chats, labels, groups, or CSV files, and reuse it often

0:05: You can create an audience.
0:06: For example, if you want to compile a group of people to send a promotional offer to, this group could also be your customers that you want to keep engaged with your messages.
0:15: To create an audience, look to the left corner.
0:19: You will see an option to create a new audience.
0:23: You can select contacts for the audience group, whether saved or not saved.
0:29: You also have the option to select a specific group as your audience. A drop-down menu will display previously created groups for you to choose from.
0:39: Similarly, there is a drop-down menu for selecting labels.
0:46: You also have the option to create a custom audience by uploading or dragging a file.
0:53: The file should be in CSV format, and numbers should begin with the country code to avoid being skipped during broadcasting.
