I see so many posts on social media breaking down detail by detail the "best possible" way to do EVERYTHING fitness related. Should you do strength training or cardio first? Should you work out in the evening or the morning? What is the best workout?
I think we're overcomplicating it. Fitness should be FUN - and that's a key part that's missing from so many of these hard and fast "rules" people share!
My personal guidelines to help me feel my best?
1) Move my body for 20-30 minutes a day
2) Prioritize strength training
3) Aim for protein and produce at every meal
4) Do workouts you ENJOY!
