I saw Ambiguousamphibian do the original challenge and then Twisted Logic Gaming as well and had an idea to make it... Well more "insane". In the older version you were not set to -100 relations with every faction, (Pause at the start to see the changes if you'd like) so I made my own version that "fixes" that and adds the bounty of c.100,000 to the other "major" factions and makes it c.1,000,000 because why not. (And Traders Guild because also why not)

Starting out as a Skeleton in a Cannibal village with no arms or legs, c.1,000,000,000 in debt, c.1,000,000 bounty wanted by The Holy Nation, United Cities, Shek Kingdom and Traders Guild... and EVERYONE hates your flipping guts. That is the gist of this run. You need to get limbs and fast or risk certain death. Using artifact location knowledge, you'll still need to get incredibly lucky to start in a good village and not get caught out. And well... It just so happens my Skeleton is indeed Lucky.
