► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️4 Full Body Supersets (2 moves per circuit, one dumbbell strength exercise and one power move)
✔️Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the strength exercise and 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the cardio/power exercise)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets

Strength: Single Arm Row + Clean + Uneven Squat Into Lateral Lunge
Power: Lateral Shuffle + Dumbbell Clean Pick Up
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Strength: Reverse Lunge + Twist + Single Arm Hammer Curl
Power: Lunge Drops
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
Strength: Beast Dumbbell Drag + Plank Push Up
Power: Burpee + Single Arm Press
