While Lewis Hamilton arriving at Ferrari has been the big news of the offseason so far, it is the Haas team who seem to be making the biggest strides. The perpetual minnows of the F1 grid have quietly been working away, revolutionising how they work, and preparing to dominate the midfield in 2025. Their changes go beyond just bringing Toyota on board though, the Ayao Komatsu revolution has begun and the pit wall was a big problem that he saw a solution for. On top of that, Haas have started to turn away from Ferrari as Komatsu has decided they have found a better solution for the technical regulations. Today I’ll check it all out and consider if Haas are really set to be the new kings of the midfield, so don’t go anywhere.
