Cloudways used to be known as an easy-to-use solution that offers the power and flexibility of VPS hosting paired with easy-to-use controls with a custom interface.

However, in 2024 they took it a step further and created Cloudways Autonomous plans, which guarantee your website will stay online 24/7 no matter the amount of traffic it's getting.

Using a feature called Auto-Scaling the servers you use will automatically adjust to the new requirements presented by an increase in traffic and automatically give you a boost of resources — making them unkillable by large amounts of traffic.

However, I wanted to give my first impressions on the Cloudways Autonomous plans and see if they live up to the hype or if is it still a buggy mess, that's better left untouched.
