How to Disable the Welcome Screen/Window in SketchUp Pro

I don't know about you, but I found the new 'Welcome Screen' in the 2019 version of SketchUp Pro to be a tad annoying and quickly found out after its release, how to disable it.

I thought those of you who might find it slightly annoying too, would appreciate this short video tutorial on how to disable it, so that it no longer appears when you open SketchUp!
