Greyfriars Bobby The True Story Of A Dog 1961
1865 in Scotland The elderly shepherd travels to Edinburgh with his young Skye terrier. Though there is a caretaker with a "no dogs" rule, the dog stays devoted to his master after he passes away from pneumonia, refuses to be adopted by anyone, and takes to sleeping on his grave in the Greyfriars kirkyard. Following Bobby's arrest for operating without a license, the Lord Provost and the children of Edinburgh will decide what should happen.
