In this video we will see how to split or cut audio in shotcut video editor
Play the video to check where you want to split or cut the audio.
Or drag the playhead where you want to split the audio and click on split at playhead or hit s key on keyboard.
To split the audio click on split button or hit s on keyboard.
Select the part which you want to delete and hit delete key on keyboard.
To cut the audio
Adjust the audio with the video.
To cut the audio drag the playhead where you want to cut the audio first split that clip there.
Select the clip part which you want to cut and hit the cut button.
