The first thing you need to do is Search for D3DCOMPILER_47.dll and download (.dll) from your favorite website,
Then we need to place D3DCOMPILER_47.dll to C:\Winodws\system32 (32 bit and 64 bit)
After that place the downloaded dll to C:\Winodws\sysWOW64 (only 64 bit)and finally Restart your computer
