However, it is here that you should not rush: the process of acceptance of the apartment needs to be prepared properly. Let's start with formal things: the developer must invite you to inspect the object and sign the acceptance certificate. The temporary segment during which the keys should be transferred to you is indicated in the contract. As a rule, equity holders are notified by registered mail for about a month, or even earlier, before the procedure for transmitting keys. But they can also just call, or even send an SMS. From the moment of notification, you will have exactly 2 months to accept the apartment. And, if you do not accept the object during this period, the developer has the right to sign the acceptance certificate unilaterally, without your participation.
