In ICT I found you need to continually up-skill to aid in improving your abilities within ICT. Here are some of the sites and resources I've found that are useful for developing your skillset.
For instance: Lynda.com, Udemy.com, KhanAcademy.org, ITMasters.edu.au, StudyTonight.com, W3Schools.com & TutorialsPoint.com
Tips on Accessing Lynda.com - If you are an Australian resident you may be able to access Lynda.com through your State Library. Look-up your State's Library or even local council library too see if they offer it!
