Message Trace on exchange admin center
Message trace is the part mail flow on the exchange admin center. You can trace the email which has sent or received by any office 365 email address. You can also export the traced email logs for forensic purposes. the Exchange admin center maintains a maximum of 90 days for all email logs which has sent or received and can be traced through Message trace.
