How to program MX Ergo buttons to scroll up/down
We can use the "Page Up" and "Page Down" keystrokes in Windows to program the MX Ergo "Back/Forward" buttons to let us scroll up and down. Perhaps some similar commands can be used in Mac. I think the spacebar can be used to scroll down at least.
