Welcome back, Educators.
Our mission is to categorize the item into two groups, then create a subcategory.
Select the data, then click Pivot table.
Let's add it to a new sheet.
First, we divide the items into fruits and vegetables.
Then into bio and non-bio.
To show the item name, we add the Item column.
In the row section, we've added three elements.
Right-click the icon to show more options.
To add the income to the Pivot Table, select it from the Value section.
This is the income of the fruits and vegetables.
And this is the income of each subcategory.
When we click the icon, it expands all the Bio subcategories in the Pivot table.
The same thing is for the Non-bio subcategory.
We could choose what we want to collapse.
Let's add the quantity also to the Pivot Table.
These are the bio fruits and vegetables.
These are the Non-bio.
We've added a conditional format to set the background of the cell.
We could change the order by dragging and dropping the elements.
See you soon in the next part of this lesson.
That’s it, have fun. Thanks for watching.
