Horizontal and vertical arrays
To create a vertical array, we use the semicolon as a separator.
For the horizontal array, the separator depends on the local setting of the Sheets.
In the US, the UK, and most of the world outside Europe, we use the comma.
In the majority of European countries, we use the backslash.
