Discover the myriad of paths that lead to a zen-like state. Here are some of my favorite practices:

Praying out loud, including prayers for others
Sun gazing to connect with nature
Observing birds and the beauty of nature
Spending time with my chickens 🐓
Laughing at the antics of my dog 🐕
Eye gazing with my beloved 👸
Playing or listening to Native American flute music
These are just a few of the 50+ activities that I’ve found to be meditative. When you come from a place of deep spiritual connection, everything becomes a devotion to the divine. This is my happy place.
