This video includes over 30 minutes of incredible action at 8/5 cafe for Phuket International airport in Thailand

Filmed freehand using a 4K Sony AX53 video camera

The airport is on the west coast of Thailand with runway 09 having a very low final approach over the Beach. Similar to St Maarten style but with bigger aircraft!
Every evening I was there they switched to runway 27 ops so you get to see the best of both ends

The filming location for this video is along the perimeter road on the south side of the runway You can sit here for most of the day in the sun and view arrivals, departures and taxiways up close!
The location overviews the runway near the middle so you will see all the action and is not more than a 10 minute walk from the terminal building

Phuket is currently a huge destination for the Russians considering their ban from many countries around the world so expect to see many Russian flights. As well as domestic flights from around Thailand and internationals from across the world
