Marine biologist and filmmaker Dr Dean Miller has travelled to Macquarie Island, one of the remotest parts of the world, to carry out his research on the almost extinct Antarctic Fur Seal. The isolated island, located halfway between New Zealand and Antarctica is home to many seals, penguins and enormous elephant seals. Staying on the island for an entire year, Miller encounters breath-taking scenery and gets up close to amazing animals.
