As per Rich, due to some incorrect retention parameters assigned to the storage drives on the video management software, the footage that was recorded for two weeks was inadvertently deleted. Rich additionally added, the GUI of the software was very user friendly and easy to navigate and further the system scan showed about 5 TB of recoverable data on the storage drive. Stellar was able to restore the video which was in MKV format along with all of the subfolders. Further, the data was sorted by date, Mac address of camera and by stream quality.
