Bulk Days 48-54: New Training Split

Days 48-54 of the bulk. Progress pictures, weight updates, training videos, and more!!!

I changed from the previous training split to the following split:
Day 1: Push (all extension exercises (Chest, Tricep, Shoulder))
Day 2: Pull (all pulling exercises (Back, Bicep, Forearm))
Day 3: Legs ( standard leg day)
Day 4: Rest (active recovery)
Day 5: Upper body (everything waist up (bicep, tricep, back, chest, shoulder)
Day 6: Lower body (essentially leg day + deadlifts)
Day 7: Rest (active recovery)

This was my first rotation through this programming so I am working out the kinks. It will flow a lot smoother next week. Stay tuned.


You have to lift heavy to force your body to grow and that is exactly what I am trying to do. I pushed hard on each set demanding my body to adapt to the load placed on it, forcing it to grow.
