Power Cleans, Thrusters, Push Press. My first attempt at a Crossfit Workout. Being in pretty good shape overall I thought it wouldn't be too bad but I was surprised the amount of effort it took to complete a fairly simple workout only using a 95lbs barbell!
Correction on the time. I say 28 minutes but it was 20 minutes. I was so exhausted at the end I couldn't think straight.
I will begin doing more and more Crossfit Workouts and am open to any suggestions. Just comment below what you would like me to try.
