Windows - Prevent the Desktop Bing Side Bar from Auto Starting on Boot
Microsoft has created another 'helpful' add on related to Bing. It's a side bar on your desktop that has a myriad of function available. Those functions can be modified or removed, but it's not readily apparent on how you can prevent the side bar from launching each time you start your system.
