Surely real estate price madness is going to collapse one day. But the most incredible find was the boxes of brand new Fire Hydrant Blue Road Reflectors, someone understood the value in them but why were they being thrown out?
It's just amazing how much money I could make from what others throw out. The smart people are carefully picking through the trash and turning it into very easy money.
