When Chad Mitchell left the group in 1965, a then little-known John Denver replaced him and the Chad Mitchell Trio became just the Mitchell Trio (John Denver-Joe Frazier-Mike Kobluk). Just 14 seconds in and you'll hear John's distinctive voice.
This humorous little ditty is from their first LP of 1966, "Violets of Dawn."
