1. From a web browser, go to your Account page: https://www.netflix.com/YourAccount
2. From the Profile & Parental Controls section, select the profile you want to lock.
3. Select Change for Profile Lock.
4. Enter your Netflix account password.
5. Check the box to Require a PIN to access the selected profile.
6. Enter 4 numbers to create your Profile Lock PIN.
7. Select Save.
