Environmental group calls for probe into alleged RFK Jr. 'dead whale' incident
An environmental group is calling for a probe into a bizarre incident allegedly involving a dead whale and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.)
The group's request comes after renewed interest in a 2012 interview with Kennedy's daughter, who said her father cut off the head of a whale with a chainsaw in 1994, then strapped it to the family minivan and drove with it across state lines.
The group says transporting the skull of a protected species across state lines could be a felony.
