Landlord walk through, everything’s holding up ;) ‪@GrantKeysProperties‬ This is a walk-through video of a tenant just moved out. They did a great job. I like making these videos, so you can see evidence of what it is like being a landlord, walking in on these sites l. I will record evidence year after year, after year, to gather evidence and data. This way, we know what to fix differently, what to do extra to not get things broke. How to price the units etc. We want the easiest money we can get and the most of it we can, without being unfair. $100 loss on a $600 deposit. Great job. Next. Oh yeah, the next is already in. Moving in tonight less than 30 hours from the exit. It is July 2 baby girl. We ready.
