Steps:

Tap the digital crown to open the app menu.

Then tap the settings cog to open settings.

Scroll down the settings and tap ‘depth’.

Here you can switch between feet and meters to measure your depth and Fahrenheit and Celsius to measure the water temperature.

The unit with a checkmark to the right of it is the selected unit.
