Steps:
Press the menu button to the right of the screen.
Then tap ‘system’.
Scroll down the system settings and tap ‘factory settings’.
Scroll down the factory settings and tap ‘telephone’.
Tap ‘reset’ on the popup.
Your telephone settings have now been reset.
