well I just wanna share this technique with you guys and I hope you'll find it useful
it's been used in most particle text effects
there are a lot of stuff can be added to this one such as particle shadows by duplicating them and putting one copy on the texture comp, you can also add some roughen edges effect to the title or use some grungy font
or something different such as snow particles in a cold atmosphere etc...
