this effect was totally made using the most powerful plug-in Trapcode particular
the light streaks made by driving the sreaklet particles with a light emitter
and with some glow of course
and the clouds made using cloudlet particles (big ones)
and of course some lens flare
and to make it even better I recommend using Optical flares from videocopilot.net
