Episode 2 looks at what the town of Moab is doing for sustainability - from the local baker to City Hall, it is a collective effort. Green energy, solar panels, food sources, housing and waste treatment are just a few of the areas.
Moab is a town of 5,000, but gets millions of visitors to its surrounding national parks and public lands, so sustainability is a more important issue here than you might imagine.
