🎨🖥️ 👽📺
In this tutorial i show you how to model a wine glass using the spin tool! I also go over a quick and easy way to add a glass material that can be rendered in cycles. Hope you enjoy this one!! :D
------------------------------------------------------------

Get fancy with me, and model this wine glass the easy way.

⦁ First, go to front view by pressing Numpad 1.

⦁ Then add a reference image and select a wine glass.

⦁ Add a path curve and go into edit mode.

⦁ Right click and set spline type to poly, and then line up the vertices like this.

⦁ Press E to extrude up around the glass until you trace the entire one side of it.

⦁ In Object mode, convert to mesh. and then go back into edit mode.

⦁ Select all and press F3 and search for spin and click on it.

⦁ Set all these to zero except Zee axis and click the screen to confirm it.

⦁ Go back into object mode and set to shade smooth.

⦁ Then add a subdivision surface modifier.

⦁ In the final step, we will add a glass material by going to material properties and press new.

⦁ Now switch the surface to glass and turn the roughness down.

⦁ Make sure you switch to cycles to make that glass look super nice.
